在申请SFDA的时候，首先会涉及到对产品的分类。

请注意：产品分类在SFDA里是属于强制性的。

需要提交如下文件：

The purpose of using the product as provided by the manufacturer.

制造商提供产品用途

User instructions as provided by the manufacturer.

制造商提供使用说明书。

Product mechanism of action.

产品的作用原理

Classification request letter indicating the name of the product and the name of the person

responsible for the request with his contact information.

分类申请函上需注明产品名称，申请负责人名字及其联系方式

Attach a product catalog with a clear image of the product.

附上带有清晰产品图像的产品目录。·

Attach the quality certificate from the manufacturer.

附上制造商的质量证书

Product registration certificate in the country of origin, if available.

产品原产地注册证书(如有)

Identification card and product (artwork).

产品标签

Attach a product declaration of conformity (D.O.C).

产品符合性声明

A classification letter from the manufacturer of the product indicating the product

classification.

产品制造商出具的产品分类信，表明该产品所属的分类。
